• Can I change the design?

Sure, it's absolutely possible! As we don't charge anything additional for custom orders, you can simply place an order for any clock and include a short private note about what you want to change. We'll take your request into account while making the clock. After that, we'll need 1-2 days to develop the design and discuss it with you. Once you receive the sketch via email, you can request as many changes as needed until we make the exact clock you would like to have.

  • Do we accept custom orders?

Yes, we are happy to create a custom order just for you! To get started, please send us the picture you would like us to use. Next, place an order for any clock we have in stock and include a short note describing the custom order you would like.

From there, we will need approximately 1-2 working days to develop the design. Once the design is ready, we will send it to your primary email address (not your PayPal address) for your review.

Once the design is approved by you, we will need a few more days to create the clock and send it your way. Please note that we don't charge anything extra for custom orders. We want to make sure you get exactly what you want, so don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or requests.

  • How long does delivery take?

The shipping usually takes around 10-21 working days. Tracking number is provided via e-mail to you.

  • What happens if I haven't received my item or it came broken?

If you haven't received your item or if it arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. We will either issue you a refund or send a new clock free of charge. If possible, please attach pictures to your message to help us understand the issue better.

  • Is it possible to send the clock to someone else's address?

Certainly! You can provide us with the recipient's address via a private note or email right after you place the order, and we'll send the clock directly to them.
