Please note that your order will be shipped only after the payment is cleared. This means that if you pay via PayPal e-checks, there could be a delay of 3-5 business days. You can check the status of your payment in your PayPal account or in the corresponding invoice here on Vinyl Revolt.
SHIPPING
All items in your order will be securely packed and shipped within 1-3 business days of payment. However, some items may take longer to process, and if the processing time exceeds 7 days, it will be clearly stated in the product description.
Delivery Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We will ship your order to the address specified on the Vinylrevolt.com checkout page, and not to the address specified on PayPal.
Delivery Terms:
We always ship parcels with a tracking number and will provide you with the tracking number once your order has been prepared and shipped.
Delivery times usually range from one and a half to four weeks. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance, so we cannot guarantee the exact time of arrival.
Here are the approximate delivery times based on region:
USA: 1.5 - 2.5 weeks
Canada: 2-3 weeks
Europe: 1-2 weeks
Australia: 2-3 weeks (sometimes longer depending on Australian customs)
Rest of the world: 2-3 weeks
Please keep in mind that some items may take longer to process and ship, and we appreciate your patience while we work to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Delivery Method
We ship all parcels from our logistics centers in Ukraine, via international services such as USPS, DHL, and others. Our delivery process involves two stages: first, your parcel is sent by an express delivery service to Europe, and then it is shipped by air mail to the United States, Canada, or Europe. You can track your parcel using a tracking number, which will be available during the second stage, approximately 4-6 days after we send your order from our center. We estimate the delivery time to be between 12-18 days.
Express delivery is available only upon individual request. Please contact us if you need express delivery before placing an order so we can update the shipping options accordingly.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties related to the delivery and ordering of products to their country of destination.
Packaging
Your order will arrive in a sturdy cardboard box, with proper packaging and protection to prevent damage during transport.
